WHO AM I

SUMMARY

Mete Adan was born in Istanbul, Turkey, and after attending Robert College, he pursued Medicine at Cerrahpasa School of Medicine, Istanbul University. However, realizing it wasn’t his true passion, he moved to the USA, where he completed a degree in Business Administration. After living in the USA for over 17 years, Mete relocated to London in 2006 to join his family. He is the proud father of three children: Isabella, 16, and two boys, Alex (8) and Oscar (7).

Work Experience

Mete Adan has worn many hats throughout his career. In the USA, he owned and managed a hosting business and served as an IT Manager for a local tooling company. After moving to London, he joined the family business distributing natural stone tiles imported from Turkey and opened a kitchen showroom in line with their venture manufacturing solid surface kitchen worktops. Mete has worked with top kitchen companies such as Wickes, Wren, Howdens, and Enfield Kitchen Centre, gaining extensive knowledge in the industry. He is currently a private hire driver while developing his online ventures, which are soon to launch.
